2. Ticket Purchase and Booking

All ticket purchases are subject to availability
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets (unless event is all-ages)
One ticket grants entry to one person unless otherwise specified
Tickets are non-transferable except through our official transfer system

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
Payment must be completed at the time of booking
All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways
Booking fees and service charges are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation

4. Event Entry Requirements

Valid government-issued photo ID required for 18+ events
E-tickets must be presented (printed or on mobile device) at the venue
Entry may be denied for inappropriate behavior or dress code violations
Security checks may be conducted at venue entrance
Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food/beverages, and professional recording equipment

5. Event Changes and Cancellations

Event organizers reserve the right to change event details, including performers, timings, and venue
In case of event cancellation, full refunds will be issued automatically
We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs if an event is cancelled or rescheduled
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) may result in cancellations without liability

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping)
Use bots or automated systems to purchase tickets
Create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits
Engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information
Disrupt events or harass other attendees

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is protected by copyright and trademark laws
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
Event photography and videography rights belong to the organizers
Personal recording may be restricted at certain events

8. Liability and Disclaimers

We act as a ticketing platform and are not responsible for event quality or content
Attend events at your own risk; we are not liable for injuries or losses at venues
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Age Restrictions

Age requirements vary by event and are clearly stated on event pages
Valid ID must be presented for age verification
Minors may require adult supervision for certain events
No refunds for denied entry due to age restrictions

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts
We encourage resolving issues through our customer support before legal action

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
