Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

All ticket purchases are final and strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as expressly stated herein.

In the event of a cancellation by the event organizer, the ticket holder shall be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to standard banking timelines.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket shall remain valid for the revised date. Ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled event must submit a refund request within 5 business days from the date of the official postponement notice.

No refunds shall be granted for failure to attend, personal circumstances, force majeure events, or any situation beyond the reasonable control of the organizer.
